Terms and conditions for group reservations
1. Definition of Group Reservation
A group reservation is defined as a booking made for eight (8) or more
guests. All inquiries and bookings must be made through our reservation
platform (formitable) or reservations@hakatasenpachi.com
2. Booking Confirmation
To secure a group reservation, a deposit of fiftyeight (15) euro is required at
the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the
restaurant, the evening of the booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Group reservations canceled more
than thirty (7) days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within fifteen (7) days will not receive a refund.
4. Changes to Reservations
Any changes to the reservation, including guest count or menu selections,
must be communicated at least seven (7) days prior to the event.
Adjustments made within this timeframe may incur additional fees.
Please note it is not possible to choose mulitiple menu’s for 1 group.
