Information about data proccesing
Hakata Senpachi processes the following personal data:
– Name
– Email address
– Telephone number
The Controller processes your personal data for the purpose of informing customers, making reservations and for promotional purposes. Personal data is stored no longer than strictly necessary and for maximum of 10 years. Hakata Senpachi uses automated data processing. These processes are carried out without human intervention. Hakata Senpachi uses Formitable, which automatically processes personal data in order to make reservations. Hakata Senpachi provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with legal obligation.
Privacy rights
You have a number of rights based on the General Data Protection Regulation. You have the right to request the Controller to inspect (art. 15 GDPR) and rectify (art. 16 GDPR) or delete your personal data (art. 17 GDPR). You also have the right to request the Controller to limit the processing of personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR). Under certain circumstances, you are entitled to data transferability (Article 20 of the GDPR) and the right to object (Article 21 of the GDPR). These rights cannot be exercised in all cases.
